Rum Cranberry Applesauce Bundt Cake Recipe.
The cake was delicious but when I made the frosting and put it on it wasn't really a glaze. It was hardened immediately as it hit the cake and broke into pieces. However the flavor of both the cake and the frosting we're both delicious.

Sweet, Sticky, and Spicy Chicken Recipe.
Good flavor but I wish I would have read the reviews before making it. It did NOT thicken up and get sticky. It did not get brown on the medium heat. In reading at least one review, I agree about making the sauce first and getting it to thicken up and THEN adding the chicken. Good idea, but needs a good it of work to live up to what is promised by the recipe.

Amaretto Recipe.
Actually, my daughter made this and gifted us with it on Christmas (she knows we love Amaretto and drink it often). We shared it with our "Amaretto-drinking" friends and we all agreed ... this is as good, if not better, than DiSaronno Amaretto which is what we always buy! She used Kirkland vodka (Costco) just as an FYI. We'll be making our own in future rather than buying at the liquor store!
